Credit/debit cards: We accept most credit cards either by phone or we can send a Pay Pal invoice for secure payment. You do not need a Pay Pal account to pay the invoice.
Check/money orders: In US Dollars please.
Sales Tax: Washington residents must include local sales tax. If you plan to pick up your items at our warehouse, we must charge you 9.1% Port Townsend sales tax.
International: Bank wire, Certified check or Money order mailed express delivery, all in US Dollars, or credit card, are accepted. We face currency exchange fees and additional bank fees when payments are received from outside of the USA. We are willing to work with you on finding the best solutions for payments and shipping.
Shipping: Manuals, posters and other small items typically ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The US Postal Service has dramatically increased their rates in 2021-22. We can look at UPS and other options at your request and pending order size. Mixed/bundled orders will be custom packed and shipped appropriately.
